The Graphic Designer is the visual storyteller for Hollman. You will be responsible for designing original, creative, results-oriented marketing materials and graphics that promote and fortify the Hollman brand. You will also be assisting with other marketing projects as needed. You will be working with a small team in a fun and innovative environment where successes are celebrated and the opportunity for growth is limitless.
Responsibilities including, but not limited to:
- Design and layout of marketing communication materials including brochures, logos, banners, digital ads, advertising, trade show materials, and more
- Design content for use in social media and on the company website
- Preparation of presentation decks that will be used by the sales team in the procurement of new clients
- Translate industry-related data and topics into engaging visuals and graphics
- Manage our marketing asset library and keep files updated
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments on projects
- Turn-around projects quickly and meet deadlines without compromising creativity and quality
- Perform other design and marketing duties as assigned
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related discipline preferred (will consider work experience for the right candidate)
- 1-3 years in professional graphic design
- Advanced skills in the Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Strong understanding of branding, layout, color theory, and typography in digital and print media
- Working knowledge of the print process and the ability to prepare files for print
- HTML and/or WordPress experience a plus
- Social media and E-Mail marketing experience a plus
- Experience with Pardot marketing automation software a plus
- Detail-oriented, a positive attitude, a sense of humor, and a team-player
